ABOUT US

The Zambia Federation of Cooperatives in Mining serves as the apex cooperative organization representing all mining cooperatives in Zambia. Legally registered under the Cooperative Societies Act No. 20 of 1998, its primary aim is to enhance and elevate the endeavors of its member-affiliate mining cooperatives and the broader Zambian community. This objective is pursued with the intention of improving the economic and social well-being of individual members.

Facilitating Favorable Operational Environment

ZFCM strives to create a conducive operational atmosphere for all mining cooperatives across Zambia. This initiative is geared towards stimulating mineral value addition within the country.

The Federation actively forges business connections both domestically and internationally. This strategic networking aims to advance the cause of mining cooperatives while fostering collaboration with local and global investors and partners.

Advocacy, Information Dissemination and Training
